Attending Betty's death cafes has been an incredible experience. I've been to two so far, and each time I've felt a deeper sense of connection and community. Betty, you have a gift for creating a safe and supportive space for all! Betty Jackson grateful for you 💖

I've had amazing experiences with attending Death Cafés. Meeting memorable people who share touching stories of how death has affected their lives in many ways.  I feel that this is such an important thing to talk about, and by doing so each person lifts a little weight  off of their own chest emotionally. Being able to share my own personal experiences has helped me as well.  Stories are shared with compassion as we sit around each other with tea and snacks. Death can be so difficult to deal with, but in this environment it is comforting to talk about.  All the Death Cafes I have attended, Betty Jackson has hosted. She sets up the most beautiful and inviting spaces to share. Gives a brief history on the the Death Cafés and allows everyone to introduce themselves. She is an amazing and caring host. Sharing is never required,  there are no agendas or religions pushed. It's just beautiful conversation that individuals are willing to share.  

If Death has ever touched your life, and or affected you, I would highly recommend attending a Death Café!

Betty creates a mood of calm and an energy of safety through beautiful aesthetics, a welcoming and warm atmosphere. She invites all to the table with grace and gives everyone who sits down ample room to express themselves authentically in a space where we treat each other compassionately. I always leave one of her gatherings feeling a strong sense of connection and belonging.

It's amazing to have the opportunity to discuss end-of-life, loss, healing, and closure in a supportive space that allows individuals to be themselves. 

Each Death Cafe is a unique experience, featuring tea and snacks, cathartic tears, new perspectives, and moments of unexpected laughter with  a community that feels like family.

I have had the pleasure of attending a number of Betty's tea parties. Whether it's a themed tea party or one at the Death Café, her presentation and decor are beautiful, very warm, and inviting. The conversation is always amazing and thought-provoking, encouraging deep speculation on a multitude of topics. Some of the best conversations I've had were at Betty's tea parties. She has a way of bringing people together, creating a safe space for important and sometimes difficult discussions. It has been my pleasure and honor to share in these experiences. I have so much love, gratitude, and appreciation for Betty and what she does. Truly magical. 💫

Myself and well as my teen with anxiety soon felt relaxed at Betty’s tea party.  Betty creates such a relaxing, warm, and caring environment.  Highly recommended!
