Courageous Journey’s is my passion project dedicated to assisting individuals and communities in preparing for end-of-life. As a Death Doula, I create and hold space, conduct informative gatherings, and lead ceremonies to educate and guide others on their journey of integrating death as a part of life.
What is a Death Doula?
A death doula, also known as an end-of-life doula or death midwife, is a nonmedical trained professional who provides emotional, spiritual, and practical support to individuals and their families nearing the end of life. Their role is to offer guidance and companionship throughout the dying process, aiming to create a more peaceful and meaningful transition.
My purpose as a Death Doula is to empower individuals and families, bringing compassion, presence, and ceremony to the space of death, dying, and grief.

$50 – 1 hr Reiki Session
Gentle energy healing to support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
$50 – 1 hr Grief Companion Session
A safe, compassionate space to process grief, loss, or transition with support and presence. This offering is for any type of grief—not just the loss of a loved one, but also the grief of endings, spiritual awakenings, identity shifts, or life transitions.
$65 – 1 hr Tea for Two
A one-on-one meeting over tea to explore where you are in your journey, clarify your needs, and discover how best to move forward with support and intention.

$85 – 1.5 hr Personalized Death Meditation + Integration
This guided, personalized meditation gently invites you to reflect on death as a pathway to clarity—helping illuminate what truly matters in your life. Together, we explore what parts of you are asking to come into alignment so you can live more fully and authentically.
Includes a quiet tea for gentle integration, plus a 30-minute follow-up call the following week to support continued reflection and embodiment.

$50/hr (2-hour minimum) – Death Nest Guardian
In-person support for creating your sacred space for transition. Includes physical, emotional, and spiritual nesting guidance.
$400 – End-of-Life Planning Package
A comprehensive journey through:
• Your personalized Death Nest
• Creation of a Living Will
• Designing your Celebration of Life
Includes on-call support as your Death Doula.
$1,000 – Two-Week On-Call Death Doula Support
Includes 24/7 availability for emotional, spiritual, and practical support during the final weeks of life. I’ll be on call for phone, text, and in-person visits as needed—holding space, offering presence, and guiding the dying person and their loved ones through this sacred transition.
